Nanogate strengthens portfolio with acquisition of Holzapfel Engineering Team

Promecon exclusively advised Holzapfel Engineering Team GmbH on the sale to Nanogate SE.

The leading international systems provider for high-tech surfaces and plastic components, Nanogate SE takes over Holzapfel Engineering Team GmbH. Through this acquisition, the Göttelborn-based company wants to expand its range of services as well as strengthen its design and engineering expertise.

Holzapfel Engineering Team GmbH (heT) has been operating in the automotive industry for more than two decades and maintains long-term and intensive customer relationships. In addition to its headquarters in Böblingen, there is also a branch office in India to cover extensive support for projects and developments whenever necessary. The previous management will continue to run the company. The purchase price of heT GmbH consists of a cash and share component.
